The PRE316FP is a 16 Amp extra low voltage (ELV) flush socket from the Appleton ATX PRE series, with a rated power output of 20/25 Vac – 50/60 Hz.

Part of the trusted PRE range, this socket uses a pin and sleeve configuration to safely deliver power to stationary and portable equipment operating in hazardous and explosive atmospheres. It is rated for Zone 1 & 2 (Gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (Dust) under ATEX and IECEx standards.

Designed for tough environments, the socket is suitable for damp, wet, and corrosive conditions. IEC-compliant keying and colour coding are standard, with mounting options including flush, wall, and mobile versions.
